Remote Access works so well!

I just installed TSplus Remote Access for my small business, and it's fantastic! The setup was surprisingly easy, and my team was connecting remotely in minutes. It's so much more affordable than what we were using. I'm telling everyone I know about this. Will definitely be purchasing more licenses as we grow!

Comprehensive solution for our needs

We recently purchased the TSplus Enterprise Edition after using the 15-day free trial. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, though it took me a moment to find the right bundle for our user count. Delivery of the license keys was almost instant via email. Installation of the core software on our server went smoothly; I followed their online guides, which were clear. We are using the TSplus Mobile App extensively, and it performs well on both iOS and Android devices. One small thing, configuring the TSplus Load Balancing took a bit more effort than I expected, but their knowledge base articles eventually helped me sort it out. The Remote Support module has been a lifesaver for our IT team. Overall, it's a powerful and cost-effective alternative to our previous Citrix setup. We're quite pleased with the functionality and stability it provides.

Reliable for remote work

This is my third time purchasing from TSplus, and they're consistently good. We started with the Remote Access a couple of years ago, then added Universal Printer. This last order was for TSplus Server Monitoring. Each time, the process has been smooth, and the software just works as advertised. It's why we keep coming back when we need new tools for our remote setup. Their support team has also been helpful on the couple of occasions I've needed them, which is a big plus.

Good security, easy setup

Bought TSplus Advanced Security. Installation was quick. It seems to be doing its job. No issues so far with unauthorized access attempts. Glad I got it.

Thinking about getting TSplus for my small biz. Is it really a good alternative to Citrix? Citrix is just too much $$$ for us right now.

W Wendy Hughes 1 month ago
Yeah, totally. We switched from Citrix almost a year ago. It's way more affordable and honestly, for what we need, it works just as well. Less complicated to set up too.

I've heard good things, especially for cost savings. My old job used it and it was pretty stable. Not quite as many bells and whistles as Citrix, but for the price, it's solid.

I'm a student and need remote access for some projects. Do they have a student discount for TSplus?

R Raj 1 month ago
Hmm, I haven't seen anything specific for students. They do have non-profit and educational discounts, so maybe that applies? You might have to contact them directly.

I don't think there's a dedicated student discount like some other software, but it's worth checking if your school or university is part of their educational program. Otherwise, the free trial is your best bet to use it for a bit.

Anyone know about their refund policy? Just in case it doesn't work out after I buy it.

J Jared 2 months ago
I think they do have one, but there might be a time limit. I'd check their site for the exact details, I think it's usually like 30 days for software.

They do, I remember seeing it when I was looking at their FAQs. It's pretty standard, just make sure to look at the terms because sometimes there are conditions on unused licenses or something.

Does TSplus offer any free trials? I want to test it out before committing to a purchase.

L Lisa L. 2 months ago
Yep, they do a 15-day free trial. I used it before I bought my license, worked perfectly to see if it fit our needs.

Yes, you can get a trial. Just download it from their site. It's fully featured for the trial period so you can really kick the tires on it.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between TSplus Remote Access and their Enterprise Edition. What's the main difference in functionality? Is Enterprise worth the extra cash for a small team?

P Phil 2 months ago
Enterprise gives you things like load balancing and reverse proxy, which are great for scaling or if you have multiple servers. For a small team, Remote Access might be enough if you're just looking for basic remote desktop.

I think Enterprise also gets you some of the advanced security stuff and server monitoring built in, which is nice. If you just need to get people connected, Remote Access is fine, but if you want more control and features, Enterprise is the way to go, especially for growth.
